Apparently John McCain is running on a platform of bitter medicine:

"Hope, my friends, is a powerful thing....

"To encourage a country with only rhetoric rather than sound and proven ideas that trust in the strength and courage of free people is not a promise of hope. It is a platitude."

It's broken down by County and shows about 2% of results so far.

1. Evanston at 5am: Still very dark outside, we all gathered at the District office on Davis St. in Evanston at 5 in the morning. The three buses waiting to take us to Springfield were already outside.

Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, State Sen. Jeff Schoenberg and State Rep. Julie Hamos unfurling a 40' long banner with the caption, "Evanston Ba-Rocks for Obama!" at the Governor's Mansion in Springfield. This followed the announcement by Sen. Barack Obama on Sat. Feb. 10, 2007 that he was seeking the Democratic Nomination for President.
