How well this fits in with the activities of the ex-head of the GSA who held GOP strategy meetings on government premises and asked how agency activities could help "our candidates." How well this fits in with a White House which had close to 90 staffers routinely communicating with each other on official business using email accounts provided by the RNC.
This is a pattern. This is a pattern of trying to institutionalize the GOP as part of the federal government, the government of "all the people", in a way more reminiscent of third world countries.
