Frankly I'm happy that the GOP voted unanimously against the Stimulus Bill. If things go well, we get the credit and if things go badly, they do.
Them's the breaks -- but ideology has consequences and the GOPers have helpfully lined all their ducks so unambiguously.

“I don’t oppose the stimulus,” said Mr. Lipinski, who led efforts to add $3 billion for mass transit projects when the bill was pending in the House. That amount and more was cut when the final version emerged from House-Senate negotiations Thursday.
“I wanted to send a message,” he added. “We need to do more than this.”
